"Apartment is very sparsely furnished, needs more seating areas. Only provided with one key - inconvenient at times when our group wanted to split. Needs a bit of maintenance - AC didn’t work in second bedroom, one of the toilets blocked (needed plunging) and dryer didn’t work. Minor points but difference between good versus great!"

"What a great view from the moment we woke up and ventured on to the balcony to when we were having a drink before going out in the evening. The property is in a good location, 15/20 mins walk to the Old Town and main train station, and obviously close to the beach. Very spacious so no one were under each other’s feet. The owner was in contact before the stay, was very responsive and kindly allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived in the City, arranging for the maintenance lady to meet us on site. Very secure building too"

"One of the en suite loos blocked up on the first night. I whatsapped to maintenance lady the next day and didn’t get a response for 24 hours. Another 24 hours later she rang the intercom as were going out (person that answered didn’t know how to answer) but by the time we got to the front door she’d gone. So the loo remained blocked. Luckily there are plenty of loos in the place so it didn’t ruin the stay"

"The location was excellent. The property itself exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. It is perfect inside. It's renovated inside and every room has AC with its own thermostat. Also, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance and there is a coffee shop/restaurant next to the property. The views from the balcony are great too. I will stay here again. The host was great and it was very clean. We didn't have one problem."
